Metronomic, Inc. is a professional real estate planning and development company with offices in Coral Gables, FL.  The company has assembled a first-class design, development and construction team that specializes in the development of new, infill, multifamily buildings and single family homes throughout South Florida.  Metronomic’s team combines over 83 years of experience for the design, development and construction of beautifully detailed residences and edifices, built with the highest standards of quality and workmanship.

Metronomic focuses on developing properties to significantly enhance the communities it serves; aesthetically, socially, economically and culturally.  We develop properties that are environmentally conservative and sustainable.  Our mission to redevelop, revitalize and enhance communities makes us different.

Metrovitalization© is a term coined by Ricky Trinidad to denote Metronomic’s approach to revitalizing communities through strategic and socially-conscious real estate development.  Metrovitalization© is community focused, culturally oriented, quality centered, environmentally conscious, collaborative, innovative, sustainable and profitable real estate development.

METROVITALIZING COMMUNITIES

Metrovitalization© is development from the inside out.  It is infill development that converts vacant or deteriorated properties into anchor homes and businesses that become significant visual, social and economic enhancements within their neighborhoods. Before starting any new project we:

  1. Identify infill properties and create a Metrovitalization Plan around them. (See our Current Projects)
  2. Exclusively engage industry experts in every project we undertake.
  3. Market our properties primarily to families and business owners within the communities we serve.

In addition to being aesthetically pleasing, Metronomic’s architectural designs are also functional, practical and efficient. Most Metronomic projects are small in scope, ranging from 3-20 residential, retail, office and/or commercial units.  The construction time-frame for each project can range from 8-18 months.  This allows us the flexibility to adjust as necessary when markets change, and to engage numerous small projects simultaneously within multiple markets.
