Ricky Trinidad

Ricky Trinidad is President of Metronomic Inc. where he is responsible for overseeing all planning, development, design, construction and financial matters of the company. With almost 20 years of real estate development, urban planning and construction management experience, Trinidad has been involved with a broad range of both residential and commercial planning and development projects within the U.S. and abroad and has served as a financial pro forma and feasibility analysis expert for numerous large-scale real estate development and construction projects.

The range of projects in which he has been involved in include numerous infill mixed-use residential and commercial ground-up developments, telecommunications facilities in New York, Pennsylvania, Indiana and Illinois, new waste recycling facilities in China, indoor sports facilities, hotel/convention center commercial developments, and resort communities in Mexico and Panama, among others. The focus of his ground-up projects has been in developing sustainable projects that incorporate green building technologies and create major social, economic and aesthetic impacts within their environments.Prior to joining Metronomic Inc., he previously held management positions for companies such as the Hispanic Housing Development Corporation, Nextel Partners and VoiceStream Wireless. Trinidad is a published author of the construction book, Build Correct 2009 and holds a master’s degree in urban planning and policy from the University of Illinois at Chicago.



Stylianos Vayanos Profile
Stylianos Vayanos

Stylianos G. Vayanos, M.B.A., Ph.D., Ph.D., is the Senior Development Manager at Metronomic, Inc. He works closely with the president of the company and is responsible for overseeing all planning, design, financing/funding, development, marketing, leasing and sales for the company’s real estate development projects. Throughout his career, Dr. Vayanos has garnered extensive knowledge of the South Florida market, as he sourced real estate opportunities and raised capital for profitable and socially-responsible developments in local communities.

Prior to joining Metronomic, Inc., Dr. Vayanos was the Director of Business Development at EarlyShares, a Miami-based online real estate crowdfunding platform, where he evaluated commercial real estate offerings across most property types and US markets for the EarlyShares crowdfunding platform.

Dr. Vayanos formerly served as the Business Development Officer for Skyline Equities, a Miami-based real estate development firm, where he was involved in large-scale real estate development projects including SkyPalace at Mary Brickell Village– currently known as Nine at Mary Brickell Village–a 390-unit, luxury condominium tower located in the prestigious Brickell area. He also served as Managing Broker for Skyline Realty International, the company’s residential and commercial real estate brokerage firm, where he managed a team of over 25 sales associates and produced standout results in company profitability.

Dr. Vayanos holds a doctorate degree in Business Ethics from Boston College, a doctorate degree in Adult Education from the University of Athens in Greece, as well as a master’s degree in Business Administration from Boston College. He is a licensed real estate broker in Florida and has fluent proficiency in English, Spanish and Greek.

Bin Hao

Bin Hao, M.B.A. is the Chief Funding Officer at Metronomic, Inc. He works closely with the President of the company and collaborates with investors, lenders, banks and individuals on behalf of the company to facilitate project and company funding. Within this role, Mr. Hao sources, negotiates and arranges various funding structures for Metronomic real estate development projects, including equity, senior project financing (debt), and various partnerships such as joint ventures relationships and mezzanine investment partnerships. Mr. Hao also provides critical skill in the financial evaluation and feasibility analysis of prospective Metronomic real estate development projects in various markets of South Florida and Illinois.

Mr. Hao brings to Metronomic over 15 years of experience in business development, fund management and real estate investment. He is the Founder of a real estate crowdfunding company, and a former global Macro quantitative hedge fund manager ($400 million AUM). Mr. Hao holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden Business School, an MS in Aerospace Engineering from University of Maryland at College Park, and a BS from Beijing University. He is fluent in English and Mandarin, and is a Virginia Licensed Real Estate Broker.

Ernesto (Ernie) Abreu, BS, is the Senior Project Manager for Metronomic’s multifamily and condominium development projects. He works closely with the President and the Senior Development Manager of the company and is responsible for directly managing all phases of the construction process, from permitting, fencing and demolition/site clearing, to certificate of occupancy.

Throughout his 34-year career, Ernie has overseen all phases of multi-million dollar construction, infrastructure, superfund and environmental projects for government and private-sector clients. His extensive experience includes managing the construction of up to 15-story apartment buildings, improvements, asbestos abatements, HAZWOPER initiatives and a variety of other construction/demolition projects, always delivering high-quality buildings on-time and on-budget.

Ernie formerly served as Construction Project Manager for Soliman Structures, Inc. and Landmark Builders, Inc. / Urbanland Builders from 1995 until 2017, where he was in charge of Project Management, Bidding & Estimating, Purchasing, Scheduling, Construction Supervision and Permitting (including coordinating with the Building Department).

Ernie has also served as Construction Project Manager for JCOM Construction, Inc. from 2014 to 2017; Construction Consultant for Abreu Consultant Group, LLC from 2015 to 2017; Owner and Construction Consultant for A & A Engineering & Construction, Inc. from 1992 to 1993; Owner and Construction Consultant for A & F Developers, Inc. from 1982 to 1992.

His educational and professional certificates include a BS in Business Administration from Florida International University, an OSHA Hazardous Waste Operations & Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) Certification, and a Construction Safety, Confined Space Entry and First Aid/CPR Certification.

José Pérez de Corcho is the Senior Project Manager for Metronomic, Inc. Within this capacity Mr. Pérez de Corcho oversees and manages all design, permitting and construction related matters for the company. He is a construction and civil engineering expert that has provided a wide variety of services for numerous real estate development and construction projects in South Florida, Central and South America successfully for almost 35 years. Mr. Pérez de Corcho holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Miami and has provided professional services as an engineer, municipal and institutional construction administrator and general contractor throughout the South Florida market since 1980. He holds General Building and Engineering Construction licenses in both the State of Florida and Miami-Dade County. His primary areas of expertise include:
